Baldi & Caratsch is a Swiss commercial law firm founded in 1977 with offices in Zurich. The firm services the needs of an international corporate and private clientele, comprising clients based in Switzerland, the USA, the UK, the European Union, Russia and worldwide. The firm has extensive experience and expertise in Swiss domestic and in particular international and cross-border transactions and disputes.
